Qi Gong is a gentle, meditative movement practice that helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you with your body’s natural energy. Through slow, intentional movements and mindful breath, we learn to ground ourselves, soften stress, and restore inner harmony.
I offer both group and private classes, available in person and online, so you can choose the setting that best supports your journey. Whether you’re just beginning or looking to deepen your practice, each session is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and experience the healing potential that lives within you.
