Many students practice both to enjoy their complementary benefits.
Do I need any experience to join a class?
No experience is required! Beginners are always welcome. We offer dedicated beginner classes and clear step-by-step guidance so you can start at your own pace.

What should I wear and bring to class?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Flat shoes or socks are recommended. A water bottle is optional. No special equipment is required.
How often should I practice Qi Gong or Tai Chi to see benefits?
Even one or two classes per week can help reduce stress and improve balance. For faster progress and deeper results, practicing 10–20 minutes at home daily is recommended.
Can seniors or people with health conditions join your classes?
Absolutely. Qi Gong and Tai Chi are low-impact and joint-friendly, making them safe for most adults, including seniors. Always consult your doctor if you have any medical concerns before starting.
Do you offer private or online sessions?
Many students notice relaxation and improved mood after their very first class. With consistent practice over 4–6 weeks, you may experience better balance, flexibility, energy levels, and reduced stress.

Do you offer workshops or special events in New Jersey?
Yes! In addition to regular weekly classes, we offer seasonal workshops and specialty sessions. One of our popular events, The Wonders of Qi workshop, explores and helps you understand your energy (Qi). During this session, you will learn Qi Gong practices to cultivate, cleanse, and circulate your energy. These workshops are open to students of all levels and are a great way to deepen your practice.
